Sounds like fun and I'd love to do it again but was thinking of going to the Bethany RT 66 show. Maybe we can do both?

Might have to see how late the show will be going and if we can still get in after 12:30 or 1:00.

We could move the time a make it breakfast at 9:30 am instead.

I sent an email off to the contact for the show and she never answered my question. She said they will start entries at 11:00 and we should have our meeting there.
She really did sound like she wanted ALL of us and asked how many etc. and would save a place for us. Nice response but almost a "Chamber of Commerce" reply. I think we stay at 11:00 and take our chances.

Last year there was plenty of parking there, small show, on the side street by the bank with the large mural.

We can just leave it at 11:00 but I need everyone to rsvp by tomorrow so I can reserve a table. It fills up pretty quick around that time.

Since I did not get anyone to rsvp we will move it to breakfast instead at and then cruise over to the Bethany Route 66 festival.
