most of have Bug Pack catalogs, Ron at Bethany gives them away
to us air cooled guys.....you might post the model number or
Bug Pack catalog number for they have quite a few stinger exhausts....
Bug Pack has a website for their catalog also....no prices
that way one of us might be able to answer with a little preview of what
you are trying to put together
speculate you are not running heater boxes, which would be slip joint style
and usually do not tack weld them....I have a merged race system...with
slip joints, no heater boxes style....came in pieces....took me a little bit
to figure how to slip together.....
with a little bit of trial fitting you
should be able to figure yours out...

My daughter's car is running a stinger....with the baffle...sounds great
but not loud in the car....for it throws the sound toward the rear of the
car.....we started her car without the baffle just to see how it would sound...
sounded even greater.....but would be a little too loud for street application.
We went from a quiet pack single to the stinger with baffle and performance
increased with the stinger....you should like ... :D

PS: when we installed the baffle, we did not use the supplied foil backed
fiberglass or what ever the white material that was supplied or what the baffle
was wrapped in....the baffle alone will reduce the sound....
we just drilled one small hole and used one pop rivet on the bottom to secure the baffle,
One could use a small stainless screw so one could pull the baffle on occasion if needed... 8-)

Well i figured out how it all went together by sitting behind the bug with the pieces.unfortunately i fugured out they gave me the wrong one but i took it to them and they gave me the right tubes to use with heater boxes.i went ahead and got the baffle ill prolly go with a screw so i can remove it if i want.gonna go look for a rain flapper.got the first coat of grill paint on it and my new bumper puttin second coat on in the mornin, those and a pertronics coil, new wires and plugs.gonna be a BUSY weekend put she should be runnin like a top.thanx for all the info it helps a lot
