Transmission Builder

Does anybody know of a good local place to get an 091 rebuilt? I heard about one in Tulsa and called them a while back. $600 with a good core. I forgot the name of the place though. I've used Blumenthal for my other vehicles, but I'm not sure that they are keen on working on vintage veedub stuff.

Guy in Ponca City, I think his name is Jeff Purvis. I will find his card when I open the shop (if I can remember). Get back with you later.

The only person I'm aware of in Okla that I would trust is the guy in Tulsa. 918-398-7385.

Thanks guys! I found out that a guy named Joey, who was Shanks apprentice, runs a shop called Dead End in Tulsa. I may give him a shot, and I'll be sure to leave feedback.
