Honestly, we just need a head count... We have 1/2 a beef in the freezer, four extra beds (2 may be already spoken for) and the rest we'll buy once everyone shows up or we have a head count. Last year we planned on 75-100 people. We actually had 35 show up. We ate leftovers off paper plates for months...
We're just trying to avoid that again. We could use a tent/canopy if people plan to hang outside. Our 200 year old Red Oak died, so there is very minimal shade in the front yard. Other than that, I guess you can bring beverages and such. With the show and the entertainment being "public venues" alcohol is prohibited by law, but we drink and bull shit here at the house til the wee hours of the morning. Anyone not fit to drive will be asked to stay at our place for safety reasons.
Oh, and if you have a dent free nose for a '69 bus, you can bring that too. I crunched Jamie's while backing it into the bone yard for storage a couple years ago...
