You can score a used transaxle for a measley $250. damn good deal. I can't sell autos or bus boxes for that.

Oh, by the way, I still have a tow bar for t-1 marked down to preacher's price of $200. Price will be good until I get a good offer.

I observed your tow bar on C-List,
I was aware of your $200 price .... just to
mess with the overpriced VW stuff people that list
(I remember you had listed on this forum) for a
reasonable price, If I did not have 3 of them, I
would buy yours ... I am thinking about modifying'
one so It will break down and can be carried in my
car ... in case of "VW no go" while on road trip ...
with all of the pickups un Okla. .... if stranded on
side of road.... can get tow

On the Samba, seems like the people that list stuff
from foreign countries, think we $$$ Americans are $$$
especially listings from Belgium and the one cat from
Pakistan and other countries in general ...
they have some neat rare VW stuff in general, but
.... the price on their shit, will knock your
socks off ....

WOW AIRHEADS, a completely rebuilt 1915 for only $1350. Never tested, all taped up with exception of the exhaust ports. Oh, I see, the exhaust is just that, intake sucks, the other one blows.

Do we know this Mark guy, or is he an imposter? Do we know who built the engine, or another imposter?

Someone roll the dice, buy this thing, it's been up for sale WAY too long.

I would never buy something like this with speculation
that it would be good, just hearsay

I does have an 8 doweled flywheel, maybe counterweighted
crank or just stock?? .... cam ?? heads easy enough to identify, just
pop a valve cover ....look for heavy duty or dual springs
type of rockers, and look at casting # if it is a 311 or 113
not even worth messing with
BTY, I would pop both covers, to see if the heads even match
each other ?? Check the end play, check the etc. etc. ......
One never knows on an engine like this?? one might strike gold
or just the dregs
